Ev-Skills can be integrated into your corporate website, taking on your corporate look, feel and identity.
Ev-Skills will enable you to schedule multi-skill tests within the confines of a single test. This is far easier to administer than using individual tests for each skill area and, importantly, far more cost effective.
The scheduler of each test can decide whether, or not, to show the test results to each candidate.
Any number of “repeat” tests can be scheduled for each candidate. This is within your control and very easy to administer.
Results of every test taken are available immediately. The system automatically scores and produces a comprehensive suite of reports and stores them for the scheduler to extrapolate as and when required.
The system allows you to script and run your own specific suite of tests if required. This ensures that the system can be utilised in areas of recruitment outside of IT.
E-validator can be used in assisting recruitment companies manage specific “campaigns” on behalf of their clients and ensures that all candidates possess the minimum technical qualifications for the position in question.
