Now-Do-It-Tests simulate real software situations. A candidate can take a pre-interview test by demonstrating their ability to use a particular piece of software effectively to achieve certain results.

The process used asks a candidate to click on a series of correct icons or buttons to achieve a particular result. If more than 3 wrong clicks are detected then the candidate fails that particular question and has to go on to the next.
