Using The Tests
You have a job vacancy that requires special skills
You have a candidate with a CV/résumé that matches
You need to be sure that a candidate really does have knowledge of a particular discipline
You decide to send a test to a candidate that they can take, over the Internet, in their own time
You register the candidate on the e-validator system
Name, Email address, Password
Choose a test(s) from the database or put a custom skills test together
e.g.
My Javascript test
A single click sends the email invitation to the candidate to take the test
The candidate receives the email and clicks on a hyperlink to take the test
The candidate takes the test
You receive immediate notification from the candidate that the test has been taken
You review the candidate's score at leisure. You compare results with other candidates
